In Avondale ESD, we believe the arts are important to every child’s development and they help students develop language skills, increase creativity, improve self-esteem, improve focus, and increase academic achievement.  

We are proud to offer art, music, and physical education to all students in kindergarten through eighth grade for 40 minutes each day.  In addition, we offer band and chorus for students in fifth through eighth grades.  Our special area teachers are guided by state standards and provide our students with enriching opportunities that help students succeed in and out of school.
